Shipping & Returns
Shipping is free to anywhere in the continental US for orders over $100 and $5 for orders below. Standard shipping fees may be charged for shipping outside the continental US upon purchase or delivery, including duties and other fees, as well as for certain sale campaigns (e.g. Warehouse Sales). Please note that if your order includes a Pre-Order item for an expected later delivery, your entire order will not ship until that later date unless you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request otherwise.
We do ship for free to Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, most of the EU and more countries for purchases over $200. Please note that the carrier will likely collect duties and other fees from you upon delivery. If you have questions or are located outside of our shipping territories, please send an email to email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Pre-order shipping: If an order contains a Pre-Order item(s), all items in the order are expected to be be delivered at the time indicated on product page of the Pre-Order item. If you need any non-Pre-Order items delivered earlier, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We gladly accept returns (and exchanges) of new, unworn and unwashed merchandise with labels within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange (note, we extend to 60 days if purchased in November and December for holiday shopping). For Pre-Orders, we accept returns 30 days from the date your order is shipped.
How to exchange or return purchases: Please notify us via email at email@example.com of your need and we will email you back a pre-paid return postage label. Use the pre-paid label to send the items back to us with a note stating your request. We will send your exchanged product or refund your purchase after they arrive. International returns: International orders that need to be returned are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover the costs of shipping, taxes, duties or any international charges associated with returns.
Special Sale Campaigns: For some special sale campaigns (e.g. Warehouse Sales) we do not accept returns and exchanges as noted in the campaign. Please contact us at email@example.com if you have any questions prior to purchasing.
