Shipping & Returns
Shipping is free to anywhere in the continental US. Standard shipping fees may be charged for shipping outside the continental US upon purchase or delivery, including duties and other fees.
If you are located outside of our shipping territories, please send an email to email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We gladly accept returns of new, unworn and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. For Pre-Orders, we accept returns 30 days from the date your order is shipped.
How to exchange purchases: Your package will include a pre-paid return postage label. Just send it back to us with a note stating what you need. We will get your exchanged product or refund out to you after they arrive. Send us an email if you misplaced your label or have questions at firstname.lastname@example.org.
International returns: International orders that need to be returned are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we do not cover the costs of shipping, taxes, duties or any international charges associated with returns.
