Shipping & Returns
Shipping is free to anywhere in the continental US. Standard shipping fees may be charged for shipping outside the continental US upon purchase or delivery, including duties and other fees.
We do ship for free to Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, most of the EU and more countries for purchases $90 or greater. Please note that the carrier will likely collect duties and other fees from you upon delivery. If you have questions or are located outside of our shipping territories, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We gladly accept returns of new, unworn and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. For Pre-Orders, we accept returns 30 days from the date your order is shipped.
How to exchange or return purchases: Please notify us via email at email@example.com of your need and we will email you back a pre-paid return postage label. Use the pre-paid label to send the items back to us with a note stating your request. We will send your exchanged product or refund your purchase after they arrive. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
International returns: International orders that need to be returned are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover the costs of shipping, taxes, duties or any international charges associated with returns.
