    Love these MTB shorts

The ripper shorts is very comfortable and the liner is the best liner around- this is my 3rd pair!

    Liner is awesome

I purchased these with the liner. I had to size up to a large in the liner, as it really was tight around my thighs (my thighs look nothing like the model's...they are a bit more thick, but muscular as well). I thought I needed a large Rip It Up short as well, but after I exchanged them, (which ElevenPine sent me the exchange pair before having to send back the originals...which was awesome, as then I got to try all shorts on with different sized liners, super helpful. (I also purchased the road bike shorts, too...love them!) Anyway, these are what I wear to mountain bike in. They are a little on the thick side, and the button closure is not a favorite feature. I do like the pockets, and the zippered down sides and just the overall look. I am 5'5" about 140 lbs. I ordered the liner in large and shorts in mediums...perfect fit. I am considering the Kick it up Skort next and I definitely want another liner as I have been riding more that that weather is getting nice. I have worn just the liner and this summer if it is really hot, will probably go that route instead of the shorts over the top. (Unless I get the skort....then I'll have a third option!!!)

    My new go to shorts

These shorts have become my go to as I second the “FINALLY”. I have always worn men’s mountain biking shorts even though I road bike. Rise in the back of the shorts and length over the leg to cover my not so pretty legs being the reasons why. When I first ran across 11pine at a biking event, I was not convinced that the women’s shorts would be long enough so I tried the men’s shorts. Much to my surprise, they did not fit. I tried the women’s shorts and was pleasantly surprised at how well they fit. It was like putting on an old pair of well loved jeans. A comfortable waistband that gives, but yet, still hugs. The material the shorts are made out of is soft and comfortable. The option to have a wider leg for comfort and airflow is a nice added touch. Two things I would suggest which do not reflect on how much I LOVE these shorts. I wish there was a cargo pocket, though it would then interfere with the unzipping for the airflow, so this may not happen as I have used cargo pockets for years to hold easy to grab snacks. The other suggestion is to add a drawstring in the waistband. The pair I purchased are now getting too big around the waist.

    Rip it up combo- terrific

Love these shorts as bike shorts and just plain kickin around shots!
