    I recommend this product
    Great Shorts

I have not been out cycling yet in these shorts but I tried on the liberators and have worn the uprising shorts just lounging around. They are super comfortable and no one said anything to me like why do you have zippers on the sides of your shorts. Main this was that my wife did not make any odd comments to me.... So i know they pass for regular shorts. By the way, Jeff was super helpful in the shorts selection and answering any questions.

I needed these shorts 4 years ago

I didn't discover these shorts until this year, watching Ryan Van Duzer's YouTube channel where he mentioned these shorts as necessary kit for his bike touring. I've used a set of Gore shorts for the past four years, but haven't liked the outer shell material because it's a stiffer nylon that makes noise as I'm pedaling (a small issue, I know, but after 25 miles of hearing that fabric rustling it gets to you). It's also a looser fit which tends to let the legs of the short ride up over a longer ride. The elevenpine shorts I'm happy to report have none of that noise and the outer shell is much softer and a better fit thanks to the zip sides. I bought the blue shell and really like it. Happy to support a US company. My only advice to elevenpine is to try and find a US company who can sew and produce these for you.

    Just right

The Uprising short with Liberator liner are the best cycling shorts I have ever used. They fit snug enough to work perfect for cycling but not skin tight like lycra. These shorts hit the sweet spot. Now that I know how well these shorts work I will be ordering another pair.

    all round winner

I often commute to work about 15 miles round trip and like the utility of going into the hospital in "shorts" instead of lycra. The fit is just right. M/M shorts/liner, 6', 173#. I've done MTB rides and road rides in addition to the more staid commuting route and with good comfort and no chafing. I can leave them on after a ride and do the chores, groceries... The side zip was a great idea, well executed at a fair price. Thank you!

So glad I found these shorts!

I recently got into cycling and had been trying to up my game from a gear perspective. I had been cycling in running shorts and found that they get snagging...not to mention all the flapping in the wind. I really don't like the look for skin-tight biking shorts while walking around or when on a snack break. I'm so happy I found these shorts that let me cinch down the shorts while on the bike and look decent while off the bike. I hope ElevenPine makes more colors / styles in these shorts!!
